Returns in Canada
If you purchased an item on the site and wish to return it, please read below.
All returns must be done within 14 days of receiving the item. Please note that when you return an item: (1) we ask that it is still in its original packaging and is not worn, washed or damaged, and still has the tags attached. (2) any item which fails to meet these criteria may not be refunded. Please ensure the items returned are packaged into one parcel. (3) We suggest that you ship the parcel with a tracked service in order to be able to monitor the returned items. (4) You may receive your refund more quickly by sending the return tracking number to email@example.com.
Once the goods are received and processed, you will receive a refund for the returned items.
We are unable to offer exchanges, so if you wish to purchase an alternative item, please place a new order at our online store. We will be happy to refund you the shipping costs for a replacement item. Please let us know once you have placed a new order, so that we can issue a refund.
Once the order has reached the Return Hub and has been inspected, please allow 5-10 business days for a refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
All the sale section items are non-returnable.

Costs for return:
LD International is not responsible for shipping costs that may occur regarding the return of a product. LD International will make reasonable efforts to issue a refund for returned products as soon as possible (subject to the conditions detailed above), 30 business days at the latest, after we receive the returned products. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charges that may have been incurred will not be refunded by LD International.

If any delivered products were received damaged or have manufacturing faults, please contact us immediately at: email@example.com, please state the nature of the problem and (when possible) enclose a photo of the faulty item.
Claims for refunds must be made within 14 days after you received your order and subject to the return policy detailed above, otherwise such claims are permanently barred. We highly suggest that you keep your email with purchase confirmation.
