US orders: Effective August 29, 2025

Due to recent changes in U.S. import laws, all orders shipped from Canada to the United States are now subject to tariffs and duties on every shipment, regardless of order value.

What this means for you:

  • Additional Fees: U.S. customs may charge tariffs, duties, or import fees on your package. These are government-imposed charges and are outside our control.

  • Customer Responsibility: The Wearable Art Store is not responsible for these additional costs. All tariffs, duties, and related fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Possible Delays: New customs processing may cause longer delivery times.

We want to assure you that we do not profit from these charges; they are collected by the government to comply with import regulations.
